Instructions

Step 1
Choose a format

Article (800–3,000 words), research summary (300–800 words plus a link to the full paper), or a PDF paper with an abstract.
Step 2
Prepare your metadata

Title, all author names, affiliation, an abstract of up to 300 words, 3–6 keywords and the original source URL or DOI if published elsewhere.
Step 3
Check your file

PDF only, 20 MB maximum, searchable text, embedded fonts, no password protection. Name it like author-year-short-title.pdf.
Step 4
Draft and send

Fill in the form, save a draft as you go, then submit. Reviews normally take 5–10 working days and you will be emailed the outcome.

Submissions that break these rules are declined. Serious or repeated breaches are handled under our Spam Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Original or properly licensed. Submit only work you wrote, co-wrote, or have written permission to share. Quote others briefly and cite them.

A verifiable source. Research must name its authors and, where applicable, its institution, publication venue, DOI or dataset location.

Useful, not promotional. Entries must inform. Product pitches, link placements and sponsored content are rejected under our spam policy.

Accurate titles and abstracts. Your title and summary must describe what the work actually contains — no clickbait, no keyword stuffing.

Clean files only. PDFs must be text-based (not image-only scans where avoidable), under 20 MB, unencrypted and free of scripts or embedded executables.

Respect privacy and the law. Remove personal data about research participants, and do not submit defamatory, unlawful or confidential material.

Disclose AI assistance and conflicts. Tell us if generative tools were used to produce substantial parts of the text, and disclose funding or competing interests.

One submission per work. Do not resubmit the same piece under a different title. Updates to an accepted entry go through the correction process.
